Patricia Fields

Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Speaker

Patricia is a 30-year Human Resources Executive, where she’s served companies of multiple industries and sizes, including an 8,000-employee organization. Her areas of expertise include: training, coaching, process improvement, employment law, benefits management, HR practice design and centralization, compliance practices and HR & Payroll technology systems. With certifications for Extended DISC and Achieve Global, she has assisted many leaders in going to new heights in their leadership roles; and shifting teams to working collaboratively with increased productivity and cohesively.

Additionally, she’s one of the co-founders of the Domestic Violence Network of Indianapolis, and served on their board, including that of Board President. Holding college degrees in Business Management, and HR Development, she continues to evolve as a leader who is passionate about empowering women and leaders. In addition, she is passionate about bringing awareness and education to the workplace on family violence.

Joe Diaz serves as a Talent Development Manager with The Community Health Network, ranked among the nation's most integrated healthcare systems.  Joe Diaz has worked in the field of talent and organizational development in the public and private sector for over 15 years, with proven success in leading enterprise-wide talent management solutions that support strategic business objectives.  Joe also serves as an adjunct professor with Indiana Wesleyan University and Marian University.

Joe received a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Ball State University and is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance through the Association for Talent Development, A Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resources Management, and a Certified Training Consultant through Ball State’s Center for Organizational Resources.
